Tickets that are purchased with the Volaris Negocios Program can be changed up to 1 hour prior to flight departure so that your business doesn’t lose money on the transaction, however they may not be cancelled.

Yes, Volaris offers all clients the option to reserve seating online at the time of ticket purchase or web check-in. If you wish to select a seat on the first 3 rows of the flight and you are a member of the Volaris Negocios program, you may do so at no additional charge.
If you arrive at the airport having checked-in online prior to your flight departure, you will definitely save time. If you are only traveling with carry on baggage, you may walk up directly to the boarding gate.
If you need to check in your bags, Volaris offers special counters to serve you.
Plus, if you check-in online, you also have preferential boarding.
The confirmation email that Volaris delivers to your email address containing the flight itinerary will also show a link right under the passenger name. This link will direct you to a fiscally valid receipt for travel, per passenger. Please note the confirmation email is not a fiscally valid receipt.
