More luggage

22 extra lb. = 55 lb. Bring 22 lb. of extra weight in your checked bags. The maximum size for checked luggage is 62 inches / 158 cm (height + width + length)

11 extra lb. = 33 lb. Bring 11 lb. extra weight in your carry on bag. The maximum size for carry on luggage is 45 inches / 115 cm (height + width + length)

1 pc. of Sporting equipment. Checked a piece of sporting equipment without being charged for oversized luggage, maximum 44 lb.

More flexibility

Unlimited changes. Change your flight, with no charges. Just pay the fare differences. Get unlimited changes and only pay the fare difference for each change. Changes must be requested at least 4 hours before your flight by calling the call center.

Flexibility in your itinerary. Take the flight before or after your scheduled departure. Gain flexibility in your itinerary and have the option to board the flight before or after your original departure. Just make the change at least 45 minutes before departure of the new flight (subject availabilty). The changes must be requested at the airport ticketing counter.

Name Change. Make a name change by contacting our call center 72 hrs before your flight. The payment can only be made with a credit card. The change only applies to begin your trip (first flight) and for the rest of your itinerary.

If you did not add the more flexibility package, you can still change the name on your ticket through the Call Center up to 72 hours before your flight.
