Prepare your trip

Woman more than 7 months pregnant (28 weeks) or who have delivered within 7 days must consult a doctor before flying. We require a written authorization which shows that the woman is in a healthy condition for flying between the origin and destination cities. This letter of authorization from the physician must be on letterhead, and must meet the following requirements: 

• Written authorization for air travel specifically covering the dates of all of your travel
• If the letter does not have a date of expiration, it will only be valid for 5 days from the date of its writing
• Full name of the passenger who wishes to travel
• Full name of the physician
• Physician’s professional license information
• Contact telephone of the physician

The seatbelt should be worm around the hips, and not around the abdomen.
