Customers with visual, hearing, and/or vocal impairments
Most of our airports have screens that contain arrival and departure information; these are located at counters and final boarding areas.
If you are hearing impaired is it very important that you notify one of our ambassadors so they can provide all the flight information that you may need.
If you require any assistance an ambassador can help you with the following:
You can ask for a wheelchair at the moment of purchase or at the counter.
We offer pre-check in for clients with special needs if required so we can provide whatever support needed once onboard.
