Prepare your trip

Volaris allows the transportation of ill clients as long as they do not pose a risk to the health and safety of our clients or flight crew.

Conditions will not be imposed to ill clients neither will we require a medical certificate unless:

• The client’s condition represents a risk for the health and safety of our passengers or flight crew, for example:
  • Smallpox
  • Diphtheria
  • Tuberculosis
  • Hepatitis
  • Measles
  • Meningitis

• All risks that are evident
  • Open bleeding wounds
  • Recent surgery
  • Requires an oxygen during the flight

Note: We can deny boarding Customer if there is an evident risk that he/she will pose a threat to the health and safety to the rest of the people in the flight

Restrictions:

We cannot accept clients that require a medical bed to travel.
