Payment at a retail Store/Bank

You may book your travel online on our website or by contacting our Call Center and then make your payment at any of our authorized retail locations, at least four days ahead of your trip.

To reserve your tickets online:

  • Select your flights and once you are in the payment step, you will see two options for payment: Credit Card or Payment at a Retail Location.
  • Select the Payment at Retail Location option and click on Make Payment.
  • Verify your information and click on End Transaction.
  • You will receive a Reference Number, a Reservation Code and the amount to pay; print this sheet or write down the information.

To reserve your tickets through the Call Center:

  • Select your flights and let the Call Center operator know you wish to make your payment at a Retail Location.
  • You will receive a Reference Number, a Reservation Code and the amount to pay; write down this information.

Please remember you will have 24 hours to pay at a Retail Location once you have made your reservation.

24 hours after completing your payment you will receive an email confirming your flight information and itinerary details.

On the day of your trip, please be sure to have your six-digit reservation code and the receipt you were given upon payment, along with an official form of ID.

  • Available seven days a week.
  • Payment in cash, credit, or debit card.

2. Payment at TACA

Purchasing tickets online at Taca.com
If you have plans to travel to Central America, we highly recommend you do so with TACA, our commercial partner in the region, and an airline with over 75 years of experience in the American market.
On the TACA website you may learn more about their services and flights.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • You will be directed to taca.com and will be leaving the volaris.mx website
  • Note that any flight for Central America with TACA departs from the Mexico City International Airport and not the Toluca airport. This will not be a Volaris flight and there are no connecting flights between the two airlines. Any requests or questions regarding ticket purchases, baggage, flight delays, itineraries, and others must be directed to TACA: taca.com or at the TACA Call Center in Mexico: 01 800 400 8222.
  • Volaris has no commercial or operational responsibility over these flights. These flights may not be acquired through the Volaris Call Center, or the Volaris ticket counters at airports.
  • Purchases with TACA do not offer the right to use any Volaris Shuttle services.

3. Payment in Sears

  • Available seven days a week.
  • Payment in cash, Sears cards, credit or debit card.

4. Payment at Banco Inbursa

  • Only available Monday through Thursday.
  • Payment in cash, debit card, or Inbursa issued checks.
  • To make a payment, please fill out a payment / deposit form stated in Agreement No. 888000010180.

5. Payment at HSBC Banks

  • Only available Monday through Thursday.
  • Payment in cash, debit card, or HSBC issued checks.
  • To pay at one of these bank locations please fill out a RAP (Recepción automatizada de pagos) form by entering Service Code number: 8562.

Payment at HSBC ATM machines

  • Available Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 10 pm.
  • Payment only acceptable with HSBC cards, debit and savings cards at HSBC ATMs, not RED network ATMs.
  • Select the option for “RAP Service Payments” and select the account which you will pay from.
  • Select “Volaris” as the type of RAP payment and enter the following service code: 8562.
  • Enter the 11-digit Reference Number you received at the Call Center.
  • Enter the amount to pay, including pesos and cents.

6. Payment at Banamex Bank

  • Only available Monday through Thursday.
  • Payment in cash, debit card, or Banamex issued checks.

7. Payment at Telecomm Telégrafos Offices

  • Only available Monday through Saturday.
  • Cash payments

8. Payment at DAX

  • Available seven days a week.
  • Payment in cash, DAX cards, credit or debit card.

9. Payment at OXXO Convenience Stores

  • Available seven days a week from 6 am through 8 p.m.
  • Cash payments
  • There’s an additional charge between $5 MXN and $7 MX depending on the store.
