Volaris provides Clients over 60 years of age assistance during their travels. The service consists of guiding them at the originating airport and through their final destination. The service is completed upon arriving at the destination airport. There is a $550 MXN* charge for the service on domestic flights and $55 USD* charge on international flights, per person.

This service is only available for non-stop Volaris operated flights and it can be purchased on volaris.mx, at the Call Center, and at Volaris airport counters.

The Senior Client must arrive at the airport on the day of their flight accompanied by a person over the age of 18 designated as the party responsible for their trip who will have to present an official form of ID, in addition to giving their name, telephone, and address. The Senior Client also has to present a form of ID and the name of the third party who is to receive them at the destination airport. Also, and without any exceptions, the person accompanying the Client must declare under oath that their statement with regards to the travel condition of the Unaccompanied Senior is true and that they release Volaris from all responsibility regarding their health condition.

Restrictions: There is a limit of two Unaccompanied Seniors per trip. This does not apply to Unaccompanied Seniors who: (i) require specialized medical attention; (ii) suffer from chronic or degenerative diseases; (iii) present physical or mental conditions that do not allow them to be self-sufficient. This service is non transferable.
