Starting November 1, 2010 the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will be implementing a program called “Secure Flight”, which is designed to improve security in commercial travel.

 At the time of ticket purchase, Volaris Clients traveling to and from the US must provide the following information to carry out their trip:

  • Full Name*
  • Sex
  • Date of Birth and
  • Redress Number** (if applicable)

* As it appears on passport

** Applicable to passengers who may have been erroneously identified for different purposes for entry or departure from the United States.

 

If for any reason you have been misidentified please obtain a Redress Number at www.dhs.gov/trip to help decrease the likelihood of mistaken identifications on the Department of Homeland Security watch lists.

Secure Flight offers you the following benefits:
