Customers traveling to USA from Mexico

- If you are a US Citizen you must present a valid passport to enter Mexico.
- If you are a Mexican citizen you must present valid passport to reenter Mexico.
- If you are a citizen of a country other than Mexico or the United States and are traveling to Mexico, please contact your consulate or embassy for your boarding requirements or visit the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores for more information.
- For entrance into the United States, the US Customs and Border Protection Agency that all passengers present a return ticket as well as an address of where they will be staying while in the country.
