1. Travel comfortably on your preferred seat
- We give you the opportunity to choose your preferred seat. Just $35 MXN plus tax for flights within Mexico under 2 hours, $45 MXN plus tax for Mexican flights over two hours, and $55 MXN plus tax for international flights. Select your seat on the airplane map that appear during the booking process
- Choose one seat for each passenger on the flights you are booking
- Click on “Continue” to proceed with seat selection or “Purchase ticket” to continue with the purchasing process
2. More legroom in the Emergency Exit row
Seats in rows 1, 10 or 13 depend on the type of aircraft.
If you want a seat with more leg room, choose row 1 or an emergency row for just $125 MXN plus tax for flights within Mexico under 2 hours, $135 MXN plus tax for Mexican flights over two hours, and $145 MXN plus tax for international flights. Remember that passengers in the exit row must be able to assist the crew if needed.
We ask that you please not select a seat in the Emergency Exit Row if you:
- Are traveling with infants, unaccompanied minors and passengers under the age of 15
- Are pregnant
- Experience any kind of visual or hearing impairment
- Have mobility restrictions or are overweight
- Have a particular weakness and/or suffer from a disease
- Have a requirement for medical oxygen
3. Print your boarding pass online
Check-in with or without baggage and pick from one of the seats that are still available.
Domestic Flights: between 72 and 1 hours prior to flight departure.
