Changes online

1. Complete the following fields as they were filled in your purchase and click on "Change your Ticket"
2. Select the flights you want to change and make adjustments as necessary.
3. Make required payment in case the change exceeds the amount.
4. To make changes, your ticket must be paid for and you must have your Reservation Code on hand.
5. Remember that you can only change your reservation once.
6. Once you have printed the boarding pass, you will only be able to make changes at the airport.

• If applicable, You must pay the fare difference on the new selected flight.
• If you have requested any Special Services, these will be lost upon making any changes. We ask that you please contact our Call Center to recover them.
• To make name changes, you must purchase the “More Flexibility” package during the checkout process. Without this package, no name changes will be permitted.
• You can make changes to your itinerary up to 4 hours prior to flight departure
• Purchases are not reimbursable. The requested service may not be used towards a separate trip or reservation, and is non transferable.
