Promotion 50% by Volaris Proves to be a Solid Success  | Promotions and Sponsorships

218 thousand customers benefited with flights scheduled from February 1 through November 2012.

Volaris, the airline featuring the most attractive promotions and lowest fares in Mexico, announced today the outstanding results generated by its most recent promotional campaign, Promoción 50%, introduced on January 31 through February 3, 2012.

The promotion consisted of offering a 50% discount on announced fares for all Volaris routes scheduled from February 1 through November 30, 2012, and was available through all the airline’s sales channels, and openly received by travelers who transformed this promotion into a solid success. 

In response to the promotion, Volaris accrued 232,052 reservation codes benefiting 218,000 customers who were able to experience the advantages of this unique sale opportunity. Routes registering the highest preferences included Tijuana–Mexico, Tijuana-Guadalajara, and Mexico–Cancun.

Separately, a total of 35,388 calls were received at the airline’s call center in response to the Promoción 50% sale and 1,776,000 page views were garnered by users looking for further information.

This opportunity is one among the solid list of offers the airline promotes throughout the year, in its goal to fully satisfy customers with unique and affordable fares that make flying an opportunity within everyone’s reach, on any of the 56 routes served throughout Mexico and the US.
